Mail Service Timeouts
Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you about a
temporary trouble on one of our MX servers causing timeouts and slow
performance of mail services including the error  messages noticed on
mail clients and webmail application. You will notice such on some occasions when routed trough it.

Our administrators are already working on this topic at the moment so the trouble could be resolved as quick as possible. Once the load is reduced email services will be operational as intended.
Please allow some extra time and try to resent your message later.

Update: Trouble has been resolved and email addresses are now operational as expected.

During the maintenance there will be slight email service disruptions, but our system administrators and data center technicians will ensure that the service is restored as soon as possible.

The expected maintenance window is 1 hour.

The nature of the maintenance will be a hardware upgrade on our infrastructure. During this time window, slight service disruption may be experienced!

Australia Data Center Network Connectivity Trouble

We are currently experiencing connection breakdown to one of our Australia Data Center shared webhosting servers thus customers websites are
inaccessible.

Our system administrators are working closely with the data center
technicians in order to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
