We have scheduled network maintenance for our Chicago DC Facility.

Date: Sunday, April 18, 2021
Start Time: 12:00 AM CDT (UTC -5)
End Time: 6:00 AM CDT (UTC -5)

Maintenance Scope:

This maintenance is designed to replace the Layer3 routing devices that manage the network.

Customer Impact:

Due to the nature of the work there will be several periods of complete or partial unreachability onsite as we perform this maintenance.

Storage Server Overload
We are currently experiencing overloading with a storage cluster causing time-outs on various services like websites and or files access.

Our system administrators are working closely with the data center technicians in order to resolve this issue as fast as possible.

As soon as the trouble is resolved we will update its status here.

Network Connection Issues US Data Center
Dear clients,

Our US DC is currently experiencing general
network connectivity loss, impacting all our services in that DC as
well. We are closely monitoring the situation and hope it will be
promptly resolved by the DC staff.

Feb 27th UK DC core network switches maintenance
Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you of a maintenance that will be performed in our UK Data Center.

Start: Saturday February 27th from 00:01 - 06:00 AM UTC.

All servers will be rebooted one at a time with expected downtime 5 to 10 minutes per server.

The reason for the maintenance is a migration to more resilient core network switches.

All services are affected by the reboot and during that time the accounts and user date will be temporary inacessible.

We would like to inform you of a maintenance that will be performed in our Finland Data Center.

Start: Monday 22 - February - 2021 00:01 - 06:00 AM  EET / 22:01 - 04:00 UTC

The maintenance will be done to one fault tolerant edge switch at a time. However there can be minor outages in customers connection during the maintenance window. All services are affected by the change and
during said outages your accounts and user data could be inacessible.

VPS migration within our UK data center
Hello,

We will be performing a major hardware upgrade on one of our VPS nodes within the UK data center. The VPSes hosted on it will all be migrated to a new server which will provide better overall performance. All VPS containers will be moved under the supervision of our system administrators one by one. The expected downtime is no more than couple of minutes per user while their VPS is being stopped on the old server and powered up again on the new one.

Network Maintenance Bulgarian Data Center

Major DDOS towards UK DC
Dear Clients,

For the past couple of hours we have been experiencing a widescale DDOS attack aimed at one of ours clients that resulted in overall network service disruptions with clients sharing the same server as the targeted host being most affected.

The DDOS represented itself as a normal UDP flood that was getting scrubbed by our protection service, however it later moved to a full blown NTP amplification attack. We have been able to mitigate the issue as of writing this and we will be closely monitoring the situation for the next 48 hours.

Update: Trouble has been resolved, while at the meantime a couple of servers were upgrade as well for greter stability.

Core switch software version upgrade 25.01.2021
Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you about planned upcoming maintenance at our data center in Finland.

It will take place on: Jan 25th 2021 00:01 - 06:00 EET

Severity and user impact: Major - Upgrade will be done to one fault tolerant core switch at a time.
However there can be minor outages in customers connection during the maintenance window.

Ficolo Core switches will be upgraded to recent software version during the maintenance window.
All customers with Ficolo shared firewall services are affected by this maintenance.

Tasks:
-Preparation for the maintenance
-Perform upgrade actions to one fault tolerant core switch at a time and test functionality
-Overall test of environment functionality after the changes.

Goal: Improved Performance and security.
