hardware issue in USA

There is a hardware issue in the data center in USA. The services that are affected are part of the VPSes and part of the shared hosting accounts in this data center. Major Flood attack to All Servers

For the past 45 minutes we have been experiencing a widescale DDOS attack aimed at one of ours clients that resulted in overall network service disruptions with all services and timeouts noticed on many different websites. Our system administrators are working closely with the data center technicians in order to resolve this issue as fast as possible.

UK Datacenter migration July 22nd
Dear Customers,We are reaching out to inform you of a significant upgrade to our infrastructure that is designed to enhance the quality and performance of our services.On Saturday, July 22nd, we will be migrating our data center to a new location. This is a complex process and we have been preparing diligently to make the transition as smooth as possible. However, as with any significant technological migration, some disruption to service is inevitable. We will be migrating our entire infrastructure, which includes physical compute, storage, and network devices, server racks, and related hardware components. The procedure is expected to start at 01:30 AM GMT+1 (12:30 AM UTC).Please note the following key details:When: The migration is scheduled to begin on July 22nd.Service Impact: During the migration process, we anticipate up to 8 hours of total service loss. Update 2: OS & Security Mail Server upgrades
Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you about planned upcoming maintenance at ALL data centers.
It will be related to OS update and security upgrades to all our mail servers, with the following schedule:

Update1: successfully completed: June 13th, 2022 - Australia, Bulgaria, Finland DCs: 09:00 - 10:00 UTC
Update2: successfully completed: June 14th, 2022 - United Kingdom DC: 09:00 - 10:00 UTC
June 15th, 2022 - United States DC: 09:00 - 11:00 UTC

The expected downtime for each of the mail servers is 30 minutes. This will affect the connections to the mail server and the webmail as well.

Tasks:
-Preparation for the maintenance
-Perform OS and security upgrades to one mail server at a time and test functionality
-Overall test of environment functionality after the changes.
