Ficolo network maintenance June 4th 2020
Dear Customers,

We would like to announce a planned network maintenance in our Finnish Data Center that will take place on Thursday,
the 4th of June 2020 (2020-06-04). The scheduled maintenance window is 07:00 AM - 08:00 AM UTC / 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM EEST  
and during that time frame we expect intermittent to full service interruptions. The purpose of this maintenance is to upgrade  
and enhance the stability of our network equipment by implementing newer and more advanced hardware in key areas of our network.

Internet edge routers software upgrade
Maintenance Planned for 01.06.2020 00:01 - 06:00 EEST

Severity and user impact: Major - Upgrade will be done to one fault tolerant router at a time. However there can be minor outages in customers connections during the maintenance window.

Internet Edge routers will be upgraded to recent software version during the maintenance window. All Ficolo Internet customers are affected by this maintenance.

Tasks:
-Preparation for the maintenance
-Perform upgrade actions to one fault tolerant router at a time and test functionality
-Overall test of environment functionality after the changes.

Goal:
Improved Performance and security.

AU DC control panel migration

Connectivity Issues in USA Data Center

Storage Servers Trouble

Server Issue
We would like to inform you that the one of the web servers in the UK data center is currently experiencing a DDOS attack. Our system administrators are working on resolving this as we speak.

Possible service outages (software upgrades)
We want to let you know that due to software upgrades on some of our core storage servers, your web sites may be unavailable for short consecutive periods. The upgrade will not take more than 10 minutes in total.

Connectivity Issues
We would like to inform our customers that we are currently experiencing issues with the network at our Australian data center and some of our customers might experience connectivity issues there. Our administrators are currently working with the Internet Service Provider of the network to resolve the matter, as we speak.

Update: We do not see connection troubles any more and connection appears to be stable now. We will continue monitor this case closely with the data center technicians.
