Connectivity issue to the Australia data center
We are currently experiencing network connectivity issues with our Australia data center. Our administrators are working on resolving the issue as we speak and a solution should be reached soon.

Australia Data Center Network Connectivity Trouble
Dear customer,

We are currently experiencing complete network connection breakdown to our Australia Data Center thus all services are inaccessible.

Our system administrators are working closely with the data center
technicians in order to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

As soon as the problem is resolved we will update its status here.

Update: There was massive DDOS attack which caused the network timeouts. All services are now operational except IP address 202.87.31.218 which is now isolated.

MySQL server issues

Web Server UK Data Center
Dear customers,

We are currently experiencing  technical
difficulties with one of our web servers, which is causing websites timeouts and inaccessibility. It appears main server IP address was null routed from the data center causing routing issues with the server.

We would like to apologize for any caused inconveniences and also would
like to assure you that all administrators are doing everything possible to rectify the problem.

Currently there is an outage in our Finland data center and some of the services of the accounts hosted in it may not be operational. Our system administrators are working closely with the data center technicians in order to resolve the case as soon as possible.

Network Issue / Connectivity loss
Dear customers,

We would like to inform you about connection loss problem with our network in Finland. Our administrators are aware of this issue and are currently investigating the problem in order to find a permanent solution.

Meanwhile some of the services might flap between states - operational and non-operational.
