Update 2: OS & Security Mail Server upgrades
Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you about planned upcoming maintenance at ALL data centers.
It will be related to OS update and security upgrades to all our mail servers, with the following schedule:

Update1: successfully completed: June 13th, 2022 - Australia, Bulgaria, Finland DCs: 09:00 - 10:00 UTC
Update2: successfully completed: June 14th, 2022 - United Kingdom DC: 09:00 - 10:00 UTC
June 15th, 2022 - United States DC: 09:00 - 11:00 UTC

The expected downtime for each of the mail servers is 30 minutes. This will affect the connections to the mail server and the webmail as well.

Tasks:
-Preparation for the maintenance
-Perform OS and security upgrades to one mail server at a time and test functionality
-Overall test of environment functionality after the changes.

US Data Center Main System Database Upgrade
Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you about a main system database upgrade
will be performed where the physical server will be replaced with a new one on Wednesday - April 20, 2022.

Start: Wednesday, April 20, 07:00 UTC.

Expected maintenance window is 15-20 minutes.

During this period database will be inaccessible thus all services
related to the US data center may experience timeouts, like control panel,
websites, email addresses, and so on.

Major Flood attack at USA Data Center
Dear Clients,

For the past 45 minutes we have been
experiencing a widescale DDOS attack aimed at one of ours clients that
resulted in overall network service disruptions with all services and timeouts noticed on many different services. Update: Trouble has been resolved and network connections are back to normal.

Our system administrators are working closely with the data center technicians in order to resolve this issue as fast as possible.

We have scheduled network maintenance for our Chicago DC Facility.

Date: Sunday, April 18, 2021
Start Time: 12:00 AM CDT (UTC -5)
End Time: 6:00 AM CDT (UTC -5)

Maintenance Scope:

This maintenance is designed to replace the Layer3 routing devices that manage the network.

Customer Impact:

Due to the nature of the work there will be several periods of complete or partial unreachability onsite as we perform this maintenance.

Feb 27th UK DC core network switches maintenance
Dear Customers,

We would like to inform you of a maintenance that will be performed in our UK Data Center.

Start: Saturday February 27th from 00:01 - 06:00 AM UTC.

All servers will be rebooted one at a time with expected downtime 5 to 10 minutes per server.

The reason for the maintenance is a migration to more resilient core network switches.

All services are affected by the reboot and during that time the accounts and user date will be temporary inacessible.
